Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our CRM department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.

Your primary focus will be on creating compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. You will work closely with our existing CRM team and managers to ensure seamless execution and maximum ROI.

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies
  • Email List Management: Manage subscriber lists, including list building, segmentation, and personalization to maximize deliverability and engagement rates
  • Email Content Creation: Craft engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions
  • Email Deliverability: Monitor email deliverability, manage sender reputation, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance regulations
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft engaging email content
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management
