Job Overview

The role of Digital Workplace Adoption Lead plays a crucial part in driving the adoption of Digital Workplace / Productivity technologies across our organization. As a key enabler, you will be responsible for increasing the productivity of our employees.

What Does the Job Entail?

The Adoption Leader will drive the adoption of Digital Workplace and Productivity solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication across our organization. This includes understanding how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions and determining adoption/usage baselines for our current solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools to identify relevant features for our employees.
  • Understand how our current solutions are utilized to determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, which may involve training, communications, hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field is required, or an equivalent level of experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
