Shopify E-commerce Specialist Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and innovative Shopify specialist to enhance our e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and optimize our Shopify store for optimal performance, conversions, and user experience. Launch new product pages, landing pages, and promotional campaigns, integrating apps, marketing tools, and analytics platforms. Ensure mobile-friendliness, visual appeal, and ease of use.
  • Strategize and execute daily social media content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Design engaging graphics, short videos, and captions that match our brand voice. Engage with the community, manage comments, messages, and tagged posts. Run paid ad campaigns and track their performance. Collaborate with influencers and partners to boost reach.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Shopify (theme customization, app integrations, troubleshooting) and 2 years managing brand social media accounts.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS/Liquid and Shopify admin features, strong graphic design ability, SEO knowledge, and effective communication skills.
  • Mindset: A creative problem solver who can work independently while meeting deadlines, and adapt to U.S. business hours for collaboration.
