
Strategic Human Resource Business Specialist

The role of the Strategic Human Resource Business Specialist is to provide expert partnership, technical expertise, and oversight of transactional support on the management of human resources, and development of appropriate HR interventions and strategies for the assigned area to support business objectives, resulting in achievement of organizational strength.
- Collaborates with leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals, equips key personnel with tools and knowledge for consistent HR strategy execution, and ensures smooth transitions during change initiatives through structured planning and communication.
- Evaluates HR program impact and cost-effectiveness, oversees third-party service delivery, supervises team performance and budgeting, and drives continuous improvement in HR processes to support organizational capability and business growth.
Provides facilitation, advice, and transactional support to teams on the talent acquisition process, people development programs, and career development process, linking these to business directions and structure to ensure continued relevance of the former, resulting in the capacity to provide the right people at the right time.
Workforce StaffingAdvises leadership during talent selection or performance validation to ensure that business directions and organizational talent acquisition, people development principles, and career development guidelines are utilized, resulting in the capacity to provide the right people at the right time.
- Advises on the capability of current talent profile and/or delivers sourcing strategies to address the current gap in the workforce supply and demand of the team resulting in the organizational capability to meet business goals.
Gathers concerns on and analyzes possible implications of a compensation and benefits strategy and its implementation to translate these suggestions on improvements, resulting in a strategy that has relevance for the organization and its employees.
- Provides advice and transactional support to teams during compensation and benefits strategy implementation and concerns to ensure uniform and correct implementation, resulting in work equity.
Aligns team culture with corporate values and implements engagement programs that directly support business and HR strategies, fostering participation and enhancing organizational synergy.
- Partners with business units to manage employer-employee relations, audits labor standards compliance, and recommends corrective actions, ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to labor regulations.
- A graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
- Knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as but not limited to: Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspections.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
