Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled bookkeeper and virtual assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial transactions, process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and compile sales tax returns
  • Assist with tax preparation, compliance, and data management
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on bookkeeping/accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years of remote work experience
  • Experience using accounting software and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
