Job Description

We are seeking a strategic professional to spearhead the growth of our initiatives, focusing on attracting top founders in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate is an ex-founder or has led growth at an early-stage startup (pre-Series A) and possesses versatile skills to manage a portfolio of initiatives, including product development, program execution, and team scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Initiatives: Develop new strategies with little limitation on format or scope, leveraging expertise in strategy planning and execution.
  • Grow Initiatives: Expand and improve existing initiatives post-launch, driving growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Scale Initiatives: When successful, iterate and build teams to scale the initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
  • Kill Initiatives: Discontinue underperforming initiatives, ensuring clear rationale for termination and transparency in communication.
Requirements
  • Startup Experience: Prior work at or founding an early-stage startup, demonstrating a track record of innovation and adaptability.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication: Strong communicator with clear, concise, and adaptable communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to guide decisions and measure success, driving growth through evidence-based insights.
