Job Summary

The primary objective of a Growth Lead is to develop and scale initiatives that drive founder engagement in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create Initiatives: Develop new growth strategies with minimal constraints on format or scope.
  2. Grow Initiatives: Expand and refine initiatives post-launch, ensuring continuous improvement.
  3. Scale Initiatives: Iterate and build teams to scale successful initiatives, driving exponential growth.
  4. Kill Initiatives: Discontinue underperforming initiatives with clear justification.

A successful Growth Lead must be a versatile generalist capable of strategic planning and execution. They should have startup experience, either as a founder or in early-stage growth roles.
