Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage key stakeholders and branches in your assigned territory to meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as offtake, inventory level, availability range, and assortment.
  2. Ensure timely execution of programs in your assigned territory.
  3. Analyze the territory's performance, identify opportunities, risks, and competitors, and establish short-term and long-term plans.
  4. Maintain high-level interaction with account head offices, regional, and district operations.
  5. Collect competitive reports to inform offensive and defensive action plans.
Requirements
  • A college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or trade from FMCG, handling key accounts; managerial/supervisor experience is preferred.
  • Negotiation skills, account management, customer focus, results-driven, and collaboration are essential.
