- Business Development: Identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of the German market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Remote work possible.
- Travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events.
