We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry. They should also be proficient in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.

A strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design is essential for this role. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills are required. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.">
  • Technical oversight of project execution.">
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives.">
  • Contract setup.">
  • Post-contract project management including budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.">
  • Handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
