Senior Cloud Operations Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our SaaS environment through efficient incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, with expertise in Azure, containerization, and orchestration. They should also be skilled in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and scripting automation.

  • Responsible for maintaining and scaling our consumer multi-tenant offering on the Azure platform.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Design and improve CI/CD release pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
