Frontline Client Liaison Position

The Reception and Intake role is a critical position, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, prospects, and other community members.
About the Role- Daily Client Support: Manage client requests, respond to emails, resolve issues, provide copies of documents, and update our CRM system.
- New Client Intake: Gather information via phone and complete the intake form; follow up with prospective clients via email and notify next steps.
- Inbound Calls: Answer approximately 25 inbound calls per day, building rapport with clients while ensuring timely responses to their inquiries.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct around 25 outbound calls daily to schedule or confirm appointments and follow up with leads.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively in night shifts.
