We are seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Main contact for assigned clients via multiple platforms
- Handle sensitive feedback and high-value interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context
- Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Document all client interactions in project management tools and internal folders
- Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly
- Ensure timely responses during working hours
- Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with standard operating procedures and client strategies
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with flexible schedules and varying shifts
- Tech-savvy familiar with project management software, Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram
