We are seeking an organized and systems-driven Operational Management professional to oversee daily workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Department Workflow Management
  • Oversight of daily operations, task completion, maintenance and implementation of operational SOPs, project management tool tracking, and blocker resolution
  • Maintenance and implementation of operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support
  • Monitoring and updating project management tools to track activities and deadlines
  • Identification and resolution of blockers that delay task execution
  • Team Leadership Oversight
  • Supervision and mentoring of team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants
  • Assignment of workloads, monitoring of completion rates, and attendance tracking
  • Leadership in onboarding and training for new team members
  • Performance check-ins and submission of evaluations as required
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaboration with other departments for timely task handoffs
  • Facilitation of communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables
  • Flagging of operational concerns or task delays to the COO or Strategic Manager as appropriate
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting
  • Verification of payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins
  • Maintenance of calendars, trackers, and communication logs
  • Provision of weekly operations updates and reporting on team task completion rates
  • Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices
Requirements:
  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is beneficial
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills
  • Reliable internet and power backup available
  • Able to work during EST business hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm EST
