Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, with expertise in financial statements, payroll, and full-cycle bookkeeping.

The successful candidate will handle day-to-day record keeping, manage accounts receivable and payable, and assist with client planning, budgeting, and forecasting. They will also be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, journal entries, and month-end close processes.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.

This is a remote opportunity that requires a quiet, private workspace and a reliable laptop/desktop with a minimum of Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 6 Mbps download/upload speed.

About this role:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Prepare financial statements and journal entries
  • Assist with client planning and budgeting
  • Perform day-to-day record keeping
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Required qualifications include a graduate degree in Accounting or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with cloud-based bookkeeping software. Experience with QuickBooks Online, XERO, or similar software is an asset.
