We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team.

Job Overview

This is a dynamic role that involves onboarding new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services, and reviewing financial reports for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients using established templates and assign them to the right accounting team member.
  • Evaluate the performance of accountants to ensure timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard new team members and enhance their skills.
  • Review monthly financial reports for errors and discrepancies.
  • Monitor client communication channels to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Assess accountant performance against set goals and adjust workloads accordingly.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client revenue and share ideas with senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Supervisory experience (e.g., leading a team, overseeing accounting operations).
  • Proficiency in general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close, audit support, and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Dear, XERO).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations with accounting systems.
  • Experience with inventory accounting, COGS, and deferred revenue.
