We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing construction project management software to support internal operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms to meet business requirements.
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation in the system.
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports to streamline workflows.
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes to improve efficiency.
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system to facilitate collaboration.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution and provide training as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization to manage complex datasets.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting) to optimize software configuration.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and minimize errors.
Bonus Skills:
  • SOP creation to standardize business processes.
  • Automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make) to streamline workflows.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana/ClickUp/Trello) to enhance collaboration.
