Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience navigating our vast offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trust with assigned customers and provide them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.
• Activate internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points, align expectations, and help draw and deliver on an appropriate collaboration roadmap.
• Focus primarily on the Tech segment, including store customers, while also having a portfolio assigned.
• Ensure the best user experience for customers through problem-solving, onboarding, enablement, and value realisation all the way to success.
• Identify high potential and high-risk customers from newly onboarded users or customers and engage with your portfolio of customers to ensure risk identification.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience
• An empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others
• Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organisational skills, ability to structure and constantly update documentation
• A team player capable of interacting with all departments internally
• Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian is highly valued
