Remote Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer support specialist. As a remote customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via various communication channels.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once. You will also be expected to stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Patient, empathetic, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
