We are reinventing the multi-trillion-dollar industry of global shipping and supply chain by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and data processing.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
You will also install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
Other responsibilities include maintaining, upgrading, and managing company SaaS tools, tracking and managing system/application access, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and leavers.
You will also reformat laptops, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for new starters or upgrades. Finally, you will keep accurate documentation of IT tasks, issue resolutions, asset inventories, and software licenses.
What You Need:
- Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
