Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Demand-Side Platform Manager to oversee the optimization and management of our digital advertising performance. This role requires strategic planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive effective advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create operational procedures and lead a team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day DSP operations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization across various channels.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance and return on investment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track audience behavior and conversion rates.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or a related role, with a focus on DSP management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, and media buying strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
