This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Expert at a leading offshore staffing partner. The role involves overseeing day-to-day digital marketing tasks, strategy implementation, campaign management, and performance analysis to drive growth and profitability.


About the Role:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing tasks across channels, implementing and executing marketing strategy, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Performance Analysis skills.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
