Business Development Outreach Specialist

This role involves supporting the owner of a rapidly expanding construction franchise in the US by focusing on outbound sales outreach, cold calling, and lead qualification.

You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, moving them through the sales pipeline, and helping to close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making at least 50 daily outbound sales calls to qualified B2B leads.
  • Conducting cold calls and emails to generate interest and qualify prospects.
  • Consistently following up with leads to keep them progressing through the pipeline.
  • Managing and updating all communication, tasks, and leads within the CRM system.
  • Working closely with the franchise owner on daily sales activities.
  • Developing and refining scripts, outreach templates, and sales processes.
  • Supporting other operational tasks as needed to contribute to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred).
  • At least 1 year's experience working remotely in a professional environment.
  • Comfortable working directly with US-based clients and open to feedback.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and consistent in outreach efforts.
  • CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Experience in commercial construction sales is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert is also beneficial.
