We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between individuals seeking financial clarity and our expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM-driven communications) to potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
  • Schedule consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
