We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Development Manager to lead our merchandising strategies and drive sales growth. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of brand directions and standards.

About the Role:
  • Merchandise Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales of assigned brands, ensuring optimal stock levels and product offerings.
  • Buying and Negotiation: Conduct international buying, negotiate with suppliers on pricing, and manage product costings to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve current sales trends and increase revenue.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure the company is aligned with the brand's direction, choices, and tactics, promoting a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Retail/Fashion Industry, with prior experience in Inventory Management and Merchandising using MS Excel.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills, with ability to develop and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
