Full Onsite | Monday to Friday | Day shift

Responsibilities
  • Assortment Planning and Optimization: Develop and manage a diverse, well-balanced product assortment across categories to meet customer demands; analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize product selection and ensure the right mix of items is available at the right time.
  • Pricing and Promotions Strategy: Create and implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability; partner with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • New Product Introductions: Lead the introduction of new products to the retail assortment; conduct market research, coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery, and monitor performance post-launch.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; negotiate terms, manage contracts, and collaborate on product development and delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, forecast demand using data-driven insights, plan replenishment cycles, and coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize turnover.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of merchandising experience within the retail industry, including cosmetics/beauty/wellness products.
  • Familiarity with reporting and sales metrics; ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with desktop applications, web tools, and social media management platforms is a plus.
  • Creative, with excellent communication skills, and able to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
