Job description:

Key Responsibilities of a Merchandising Manager:

  • Experience in Apple products and Gadgets
  • Developing and implementing merchandising plans that align with company objectives to boost sales and profitability.
  • Analyzing market trends, selecting products, and managing product assortments to meet customer demand and business goals.
  • Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
  • Creating visually appealing displays and planograms to enhance product visibility and encourage purchases.
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and trade shows to drive sales and attract customers.
  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance profitability and customer appeal.
  • Working with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform decision-making and optimize merchandising strategies.
  • Managing and motivating the merchandising team to ensure successful delivery of merchandising strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
  • Effectively communicating with suppliers, store associates, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to product placement, inventory management, and promotional activities.
  • Motivating and guiding the merchandising team to achieve business goals.
