We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving the organization's financial success by providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work closely with various business units to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, developing and maintaining financial models, and preparing financial reports and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall organizational strategy.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support in reviewing commercial performance and identifying success drivers.
- Provide finance and business support to retail management, business development, warehouse and other operational staff.
- Support decision making with data and insight.
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information.
- Production of the monthly business performance packs as required.
- Manage the performance of staff assigned to this role.
- Contribute to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
