Sourcing is a crucial function that drives the success of any organization. As a skilled Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill critical roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Utilize various channels, including online portals and social networking sites, to source potential candidates
  • Prescreen and paper screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews
  • Create and maintain candidate tracking systems and internal databases
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates

To excel in this role, you will need strong research skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also have hands-on experience with tools and applications used for talent acquisition.

Requirements
  • 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role
  • Extensive experience using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
