Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our hiring strategy and building world-class teams.


This dynamic position is part of our recruitment process, responsible for full-cycle talent sourcing. You'll source, interview, and assess exceptional candidates across various industries and roles to match them with clients seeking top talent.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and proprietary platforms.
  • Conducting comprehensive interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes to ensure precise matches between candidates and job descriptions.
  • Managing candidate processing by verifying references, experience, and sending offer letters to guarantee exceptional hires.
  • Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest candidate information, including stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines, ensuring seamless communication with account managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify sourcing strategies and identify opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, and onboarding.
  • Providing debriefings to candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines.
  • Regularly communicating with stakeholders regarding recruiting progress for assigned accounts.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong background in talent sourcing and hiring, with recruitment marketing as a plus.
  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing high-quality candidates, and working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in using data to validate hiring efforts and online meeting platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.
  • Excellent calendar management skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • A tech-savvy individual with analytical skills and the ability to set actionable goals.
  • Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player thriving in fast-paced environments.
