Job Title

A Field Service Technician role that requires extensive travel to customer sites nationwide.


About the Role
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or PIPs), troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and/or crane health checks for customers nationwide.
  • Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
  • Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Complete required reports and documentation including field service reports and timesheets.
  • Attend technical trainings as prescribed by the company to improve competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and use assigned company assets properly.
  2. Observe and comply with safety policies and procedures on premises.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, and able to drive.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Domestic travel may be required.
