About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician (Audio Visual) to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of audio-visual equipment across our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of audio-visual equipment including projectors, screens, speakers, microphones and video conferencing systems
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AV systems and components, and implement effective solutions
  3. Ensure all AV equipment is functioning optimally and meets required standards
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on the proper operation of AV systems
  5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment servicing
  6. Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to coordinate AV-related projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, with a focus on audio-visual systems
  2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of AV equipment
  3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and diagrams
  5. Strong communication skills to provide effective support and guidance to end-users
  6. Flexibility to work on an on-call basis and respond to emergency situations as needed
  7. Certifications in audio-visual technologies or electronics would be highly advantageous
