Job Title: Maintenance Technician

JOB SUMMARY

The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for the instalation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. This role ensures optimal system performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. The technician wil perform a range of tasks from routine preventive maintenance to complex emergency repairs in diverse settings.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Directly reporting to Mechanical Engineer
  • Responsible in monitoring al FOU and ACCU
  • Can perform welding activities
  • Should report all defects and abnormalities observed to Mechanial Engineer
  • Should perform assigned activities by Mechanical Engineer
  • Visual inspection of all FOU and ACCU (Split type and VRF)
  • Visual inspection of ERV,fans, blowers and controllers
  • Checking of drain line
  • Preventive Maintenance of Fans and Blowers
  • Cieaning of FOUs
  • Clearing ACCU and ledges
  • Checking of ducts
  • Re-tightening of all electrical terminals and contacts
  • Can do electrical testing of the equipment
  • Operate, maintain, degnose and repair various fans, motors and pumps
  • Conduct airtow test, air volume - testing & commissioning with Mechanical Engineer
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
