As a skilled US healthcare recruiter, you will source and place qualified healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements while delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shift/US time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
