Job Title: Healthcare Professional

A remote work opportunity is available for a skilled healthcare professional to perform clinical review of cases not meeting criteria, including conducting intake and adjudicating cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Review Specialists - Conduct comprehensive clinical review of cases by performing intake and adjudicating cases, requesting additional information or escalating to Medical Directors as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Active License with 2 years Bedside Experience
  • At least 2 years Triage Phone handling experience
  • Preferably with ER / OR / Medical Surgical / UR / UM / Triage / ICU / Hemodialysis experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle interactions with facility personnel and providers in a professional manner.
  • Good knowledge in Healthcare or Medical domain
Work Schedule:
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule - night and graveyard shift
  • Willing to work on holidays / weekends
