Healthcare Specialist Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist.

Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to healthcare providers and accepting inbound calls to answer questions about participation requirements, assistance with registration and login, assessment completion, and scoring results inquiries.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active PRC License required
  • At least 2 years of bedside/clinical experience
  • 6+ months of BPO healthcare account experience (preferably)
