Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Business Relationship Manager, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless adoption of our platform.

As part of this key position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with customers to align their business objectives with our product capabilities, fostering growth and success.

This role demands experience in motivating customers to utilize new features, providing actionable insights, and relaying customer feedback to internal teams. Additionally, it requires evaluating churn and downsell risk for each customer, proactively addressing dissatisfaction or feature gaps, and developing customized plans to ensure customers derive maximum value from our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate customers to leverage new features that drive their business forward
  • Provide insightful analysis and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Assess and mitigate churn and downsell risk for each customer, taking proactive measures to address dissatisfaction or feature gaps
  • Develop tailored plans to guarantee successful customer adoption of our platform, aligned with their unique business needs
  • Conduct regular review sessions, both quarterly and annually, to ensure customers maximize their investment in our solutions
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships by building trust and ensuring customer requirements are met
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience working with Contact Center technology is essential
  • At least 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience in a SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders
  • Experience leading meetings and regular review sessions, including quarterly and annual customer success reviews, with customers
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
