Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remote Support Specialist to support various customer service initiatives. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Document interactions and process claims accurately.
  • Familiarize customers with available options and provide guidance on finding solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Prior call center experience is preferred.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace with high-speed internet connectivity.

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. You will spend most of your time sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasionally, you may need to move about the office to accomplish tasks or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
