
Administrative Coordinator Job Opportunity

Administrative coordinators play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations within an organization. In this position, you will be responsible for managing employee data, coordinating with carriers, and verifying the accuracy of benefits enrollment.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and data entry skills, as well as experience working with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration. They will be able to handle confidential information discreetly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process eligibility changes for employees
- Send enrollments to carriers via email, fax, or system uploads
- Verify updates were successfully completed
- Perform data entry in various carrier systems to add or terminate employees
- Audit internal systems against carrier invoices for accuracy
- Coordinate with carriers and internal systems to develop and maintain connections
- College undergraduate or graduate degree
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee benefits administration (preferred)
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
- Familiarity with various carrier systems and portals
- Strong communication skills across email, phone, and fax
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Experience in auditing and discrepancy resolution
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of compliance and benefits regulations (a plus)
