As a key member, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:- Account Management & Partner Relationship Growth:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and partners to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Understand each partner's goals and work closely with them to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding their use of our digital insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and a positive partner experience.
- Regularly assess partner performance and provide insights and solutions to enhance their experience with our offerings and drive mutual growth.
- Lead renewal discussions and negotiate terms that support both partner objectives and our commercial goals.
- New Business Development & Partner Sourcing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with our mission to make insurance accessible, affordable, and inclusive.
- Conduct market research to build a pipeline of potential partners who can benefit from our digital insurance solutions, such as lifestyle protection, e-commerce insurance, and device protection.
- Present our product suite to prospective clients, demonstrating how solutions like device protection, extended warranties, and loan protection can add value to their business and customers.
- Collaborate with prospective partners to structure agreements and negotiate terms that create long-term value and growth for both parties.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to guide business development strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to align on commercial strategies that support both existing and new partnerships.
- Coordinate with our product, operations, marketing, and finance teams to tailor solutions that meet partner requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Engage in cross-functional projects that enhance our ability to deliver seamless and effective insurance solutions across various markets.
- Facilitate smooth communication and project coordination between departments to support partner onboarding and optimize ongoing account management.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and evaluate performance across both account management and new business initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to the Head of Commercial, highlighting partnership growth, key achievements, challenges, and emerging opportunities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to account management and business development, ensuring alignment with our broader commercial and strategic objectives.
