This role exists to deliver everything from massive data-labeling programs to model-testing pipelines—often under aggressive deadlines. As an Operations Project Manager, you will pair classic project-management rigor with enough technical fluency to keep engineers, annotators, and data scientists rowing in sync.

Your goal is to ship projects fast, at scale, and with quality clients can measure. You will:

1. Deliver flawlessly: Hit scope, schedule, and budget targets across multiple concurrent AI-data projects.
2. Boost efficiency: Automate reporting, surface KPIs, and drive process improvements that cut cycle times and cost.
3. Keep clients happy: Maintain crystal-clear communication and documentation so stakeholders always know status, risks, and next steps.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, building and automating workflows, tracking and reporting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for maintaining artefacts such as SOWs, RACI charts, risk registers, and knowledge-base pages that keep the team aligned.

This role requires 3–5 years managing technical projects or operations in data, AI, or software domains. Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban workflows and delivering projects with distributed or remote-first teams is essential. Comfort translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess project-management excellence, lightweight scripting skills, SQL and dashboard expertise, tool savvy, and a process mindset.

MLOps exposure, experience with LLM-driven automation, or knowledge of security/compliance requirements in data operations are nice to have.
