Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our delivery teams. As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for guiding project teams to success through strategic planning, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work for engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, product vision, and success criteria, translating these into actionable roadmaps.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams, ensuring successful outcomes through facilitation and expert guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients in product ownership and agile delivery management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Support the delivery planning phases of discovery workshops, contributing actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments.

Requirements:

  • Have successfully delivered projects in the past
  • Have a good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks
  • Have experience in running workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Have analytical skills to understand the problem based on data insights and research
  • Enjoy collaborating and encouraging delivery team to deliver success for the client
