Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our analytics solutions. As a senior individual contributor, you will design executive-ready reports and dashboards, own the KPI management process, and safeguard data quality from source to scorecard.

You will be responsible for diagnosing cross-departmental processes, designing future-state workflows and KPI frameworks, and executing change through Kaizen/DMAIC workshops. Additionally, you will govern the enterprise playbook with audit-ready, version-controlled evidence and communicate with absolute clarity.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL, as well as experience modeling data, validating metrics, and working with large/complex datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
