About the Role

The Digital Insurance Project Manager will oversee and manage project implementation within our operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

What You Will Do
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  • Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff.
  • Develop solution proposals for client pursuits and contracts.
  • Participate in proposal and proof of concept processes.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities for existing clients.
  • Oversee project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Host regular project reviews and create reports on team and project status.
  • Continuously optimize and improve processes where necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager.
  • Insurance domain knowledge is essential.
  • Strong client-facing experience and technical skills are preferred.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of completing projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
