Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Regional Implementation Leader to oversee the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across the MEA and APAC regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the regional delivery strategy, aligning with commercial, product, and operational priorities as well as client objectives.
  • Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Sustain global standards for implementation quality, timelines, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional delivery team consisting of delivery implementation managers across different markets.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, enablement, and alignment to execute implementation plans across verticals.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate feature-readiness with product/tech and commercial handoff with sales/pre-sales teams.
  • Drive operational readiness for launches, including risk, tax, regulatory, and partner dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration among clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Monitor project outcomes and team performance using established metrics.
  • Promote structured project governance, status tracking, and escalation models to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Champion automation, efficiency, and data visibility throughout the delivery lifecycle.
