Senior Project Manager, Quantitative Overview:

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle for data collection from inception to completion. This encompasses managing all project-related activities, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review project documentation with managers to identify potential issues that may jeopardize on-time and within-budget project completion.
  2. Manage internal project kick-off meetings to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  3. Provide regular updates to clients on project status and offer recommendations to maximize sample sizes during fielding.
  4. Ensure timely project completion and facilitate incentive payments to panelists while providing financial metrics required for billing and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing research, preferably in healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Word skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with attention to detail.
