IT Deployment Specialist

This role involves the deployment and maintenance of client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deploying and maintaining trial and production sites.
  • Customizing meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
  • Updating meeting information, logos, and banners, and uploading downloadable files.
  • Maintaining internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
  • Addressing support cases via phone, email, or online tools.
  • Providing product usage and sales information.
  • Analyzing and routing support cases appropriately.
  • Conducting client training and performing environmental health checks.
About You

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. They should be able to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL. Flexibility to work outside regular hours is also essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is necessary. Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome.
