About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Strategy Manager to lead our team in planning and executing a comprehensive deployment strategy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment across all deployment activities, collaborating with various project teams, and monitoring progress against the deployment plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive deployment strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve successful deployment outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Expert proficiency in Release Management.
  • Proficiency in Banking, API Testing.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve deployment goals.
  • Ability to analyze deployment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
