Telecom Project Coordinator Role

Coordinate deployment activities to ensure project rollout is completed on schedule and within budget.


  • Manage daily deployment schedules, site readiness, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress, risks, and milestones for management reporting.
  • Consolidate field test results, site reports, and documentation for client submission.
  • Act as a liaison between deployment engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, permits, and escalation handling during rollout activities.
  • Ensure project delivery compliance with client standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Project, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination in telecom/optical rollouts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with optical transport networks an advantage.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage but not required.
