We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex financial solutions using NetSuite.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in creating clean, scalable systems for subscription-based billing and wants to work with a senior-led consulting firm that deeply understands finance and operations.

  • Design and implement financial solutions using Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting
  • Architect subscription-based and metered billing workflows, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
  • Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups, streamlining consolidation and financial reporting
  • Configure Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and best-practice reporting
  • Optimize Project Accounting modules for time tracking, milestone billing, and revenue recognition
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system design sessions and workshops
  • Deliver client-facing solution demos
  • Support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team across Finance, Accounting, Ops, and IT. You will be responsible for providing strategic consulting on process optimization, automation, and future-state NetSuite architecture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience, specializing in financial modules
  • Proven expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting
  • Deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions
  • Comfortable working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics

You will also need to have strong communication skills and be able to break down technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
